Custom Order Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request a custom order from Caution District Threads?
Yes, we do custom orders. Please fill out a contact form, letting us know what you would like done. Once we have read over your form and reached out to secure the service, please pay the deposit fee. The final price will be discussed and paid once the custom order is completed.
How much are custom orders?
The most common question I get, for good reason! The price depends on the intricacy of the design and how many colors are in the design. The best way to answer that question is by filling out a contact form with the idea of your custom. All custom designs are subject to a $35 set up fee that covers the digitization of the image. Each color in the design is $5 in addition to there set up fee. Please note the final price excludes shipping.
Can I provide my own material for the order?
Yes, you can! Once you have filled out a contact form and began the process the custom we will email you our address for the item.
Will I be able to see the design before it is shipped?
Yes, every custom order will have a stitched out prototype of the design emailed to the client to approve before the final product is made. a
What can I get customized?
We offer custom orders for shirts, sweatshirts, bags, hat, and more.
How long is processing?
All orders are made with love and care. We only package your orders during business days and may take 2-6 weeks.
Does Caution District Threads do embroidery?
Yes, we do embroidery orders. Please fill out a contact form, letting us know what you would like done. Once we have read over your form and reached out to secure the service.
